Who this is for

Owners who have one specific pricing question — not a whole-business review. Examples include: setting a rate for a new service tier, checking whether a wholesale product line is viable, or validating a price before a major contract renewal.

What you receive

  • Preparatory review of your cost inputs (submitted at least five business days before the session)
  • Four-hour facilitated working session
  • Summary memo with three to five specific price or cost adjustments
  • Follow-up email within seven days addressing questions raised during the session

What to bring

  • Cost breakdown for the product or service in question
  • Current selling price and any volume discounts applied
  • Sales volume for the past 12 months if available
  • Notes on competitor pricing if you have them

Limitations

This session covers one defined scope. If discovery reveals the issue spans multiple revenue lines, we will recommend upgrading to a full Profitability Review rather than stretching the session beyond its design.
